On May 22, 2009, the International Association of Constitutional Laws (IACL) held a roundtable on “Religious Pluralism” at the University of Jaen, Spain. Nearly 20 Executive Board members from the International Association of Constitutional Law and 50 constitutional scholars and religious scholars from European countries participated in the seminar. The seminar is divided into two topics: First, “European constitutionalism and religious pluralism”; second is “the religious pluralism in the Mediterranean region.” In the first unit, “Constitutional and Religious Pluralism in Europe,” a total of four keynote speakers made their own point of view.
