思想政治工作信息化是新世纪思想政治工作发展的必然趋势。当前亟需搞好统筹规划,搞好顶层设计,理清思想政治工作信息化发展目标。本文提出:思想政治工作信息化目标应该是由信息资源数字化、信息传输网络化、信息处理智能化三个主体目标和信息技术普及化、信息服务个性化、信息人才专业化三个辅助目标构成的“六位一体”目标体系。
The Informationization of Ideological and Political Work Is the Necessary Trend for the Development of Ideological and Political Work in the New Century. At present, it is imperative to do a good job in overall planning, improve the top-level design and clarify the development goals of informationization in ideological and political work. This paper proposes that the goal of informatization of ideological and political work should be composed of the following three objectives: digitization of information resources, networking of information transmission and intelligence of information processing, popularization of information technology, personalization of information service and specialization of information professionals “Six in One” target system.
