本文介绍了 Dg700/500Pg7/10DN 3型两用管道封堵器,既可在φ720管道上封堵,又可在φ529管道上封堵,使用安全可靠。该封堵器是由 Dg700Pg 7 DN2型管道封堵器改造而成:1.对 Dg300 Pg50法兰短接总成的改造,将法兰短接的外接鞍形件做成两种规格,该总成的其它部件与外形只寸完全通用。2.对挡板装置的改造,这是改造的关键。将挡板装置中主要承载构件——砥板下部去掉一段(称之为砥块),并倒装在砥板的上部。使之适应安装 Dg500的挡板,满足在φ529管道中的封堵要求。如果要在φ720管道中封堵,卸下砥块正装在砥板的下部即可。3.另配备一个 Dg500密封囊。
