先天性多数关节弯曲(Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita AMC)曾被用来描述多数先天性关节挛缩的新生儿(Stern,1923),临床体征包括范围广泛的一系列异常,伴有宫内胎动减少,导致多数关节挛缩。关于宫内活动受限,曾描述有四种类型:①胎儿肌组织本身异常。②神经功能或神经分布异常。③结缔组织异常。④对胎动的子宫内结构性限制(Hall,1981)。产前诊断曾用过超声和放射技术,但均仅在足月时才看到挛缩。本文报道在妊娠30.5周,用超声检查做出AMC的诊断。患者29岁,P.0010,因疑胎儿头皮水肿,于孕30.5周转入行超声检查,患者第一孕于20周流产时有发烧,羊水味臭,但估计羊膜未破。患者Rh(-),给予了Rh免疫球蛋白。此次妊娠于孕26周因先兆流产在其他医院经用非肠道硫酸镁,随后口服羟苄羟麻黄素Ritodrine而治愈,当时超声诊断显示胎儿头皮水肿,无腹水,胎儿肢体活动的存
Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita AMC was used to describe most newborn infants with congenital contracture (Stern 1923). Patient 29 years old, P.0010, due to suspicion of fetal scalp edema, 30.5 weeks of pregnancy into ultrasound examination, the first pregnancy at 20 weeks of abortion with fever, amniotic smell, but it is estimated that the amniotic membrane is not broken.
