我国农村的学前教育相对来说是学前教育发展的薄弱环节,特别是对于贵州这样一个各方面相对落后的地区。要发展好农村学前教育,就要抓好保育这一重要环节,那么作为幼儿园负责照管儿童生活的保育员来说,就显得既重要而又责任重大了。研发中发现,贵州省保育员存在着整体素质低和对自身工作内涵认识不足、管理者不重视、工作繁琐教师不帮助、家长不信任等现状。需要保育员提升自身素质、幼儿园管理者的重视、教师的帮助和家长的尊重信任。
