随着社会的高速发展,初中阶段语文学科逐渐受到人们的关注。在教学过程中,出现在这样一些群体“学困生”。“学困生”是学校教育中客观存在的一个群体,他们智力正常。但由于种种原因,学习成绩长期达不到课程标准的要求。作为一名初中语文教育工作者,面对这种情况,我们不抛弃、不放弃,不断提高自身能力,促进学困生的转归。
