数年的辩论已将“股权分置”问题适时地推上风头浪尖,“股权分置”真成了横亘在中国股市发展道路上“一道迈不过的坎儿”。“分置”解除后,中国股市面临的还很难说就是坦途。
Years of debate have put the “split share structure” issue onto the cusp at a proper time and the “split share structure” has truly become a “killer” beyond the development of the Chinese stock market. After the release of “severance”, it is hard to say that the Chinese stock market is facing a smooth road.
