中国酒店业有三点是有目共睹的:一是在岁月的磨砺下,曾经充当改革开放排头兵的中国酒店业已有了长足的进步;二是中国的星级酒店不但在数量上执世界之牛耳,而且在国际化程度上亦不亚于他国;三是中国的酒店业在时空上还大有发展的余地。当今世界酒店业管理的一个重要趋势就是,酒店经营管理真正从标准化管理向人性化管理方向发展,酒店行业的竞争将会转为人才的竞争。为此,严格的教育、文化的含量、职业的尊重是我们的教育获得成功的秘籍。就像美国的亚力克?福奇所言的对工匠精神的坚守是“缔造伟大传奇的重要力量”那般,这种体悟力行的知行合一,使人才培养及企业需求真正实现无缝对接。
