作者复习了85例过期妊娠,综合各项严格指标,确定胎龄,表明不能用胎盘分级识别过熟综合征。当妊娠≥42周时,出现0级或1级胎盘是极少的。如果出现0级或1级说明妊娠没有过期。本文研究证实,严重过度成熟的新生儿常伴有羊水过少。最后,超声发现胎盘明显成熟和羊水量减少,可表明为胎盘功能不良,伴有输送到胎儿营养物质减少,因而减少了对胎儿生长发育有关某些方面潜力。
The authors reviewed 85 expired pregnancies, combined with strict indicators to determine gestational age, indicating that the placental classification can not be used to identify over-mature syndrome. When the pregnancy is greater than or equal to 42 weeks, there is minimal or no grade 0 or grade 1 placenta. If there is 0 or 1 level that pregnancy has not expired. This study confirmed that severe over-mature newborns often accompanied by oligohydramnios. Finally, the apparent maturation of the placenta and the reduction of amniotic fluid volume revealed by ultrasound may indicate placental dysfunction with reduced delivery of nutrients to the fetus, thus reducing some of the potential for fetal growth and development.
