On the morning of October 9, local time, the Norwegian Nobel Committee announced the award of the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize to U.S. President Barack Obama in recognition of his “extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomatic and personnel cooperation.” And Obama took office, from this year's Nobel nomination deadline of only 12 days. The Associated Press believes that Obama can win this award, more thanks to his promised, rather than its performance. The road map that Obama originally proposed can be described as both ambitious and ambitious; however, it has only been reluctantly put into force until now and it is even more so in the foreseeable future. From this point of view, Obama did not make any outstanding achievements, not enough to make the Nobel accreditation committee sideways.
