传统的工程建设施工阶段的造价咨询机构是由原来的完工阶段、清单控制价格编制组成的,随着建设工程的完善与转型,现已转变为工程项目全过程造价管理企业。在当今国内建筑市场上,为实现施工阶段既定的造价控制目标,建设单位通常会委托造价咨询企业对建设项目进行全过程的造价咨询服务。本文通过介绍全过程造价咨询的概念及其内容,进一步对其管理存在的问题及解决措施作充分说明。
The traditional construction cost consulting agencies in the construction phase is composed of the original completion stage and inventory control price compilation. With the improvement and transformation of construction projects, it has now been transformed into a cost management enterprise in the whole process of construction projects. In today’s domestic construction market, to achieve the construction phase of the established cost control objectives, construction units are usually commissioned by cost consulting firm construction projects throughout the cost of consulting services. This article introduces the concept and content of cost consultation in the whole process and further explains its management problems and solutions.
