近年来,我国生物医药产业蓬勃发展,国家《生物产业“十二五”规划》提出在“十二五”末,生物产业产值达到4万亿,其中生物医药产业产值达到3.6万亿。在《江苏省生物技术和新医药产业规划纲要(2009~2012年)》的指引下,江苏生物医药产业发展迅猛,多项产业指标均名列全国前茅。江苏省生物医药产业已形成泰州、连云港、南京、苏州、无锡、常州等六大产业基地,产值占全省总量的2/3。江苏省共承担国家重大新药创制专项项目154项,累计获新药证书的数量占全国1/6,新药研发的数量和质量都居全国前列,进入世界500强的13家制药企业已有10家落户江苏。
In recent years, China’s bio-pharmaceutical industry has boomed. In the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” of the “bio-industry” of the country, the output value of the bio-industry reached 4 trillion yuan, of which the output value of bio-medicine industry reached 36,000 Billion. Under the guidance of “Outline of Jiangsu Province Biotechnology and New Medicine Industry Plan (2009-2012)”, the biomedical industry in Jiangsu Province has been developing rapidly with many industry indicators ranked among the highest in the country. The biopharmaceutical industry in Jiangsu Province has formed six industrial bases including Taizhou, Lianyungang, Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou, accounting for 2/3 of the total output of the province. Jiangsu Province has undertaken a total of 154 major national new drug creation projects, the cumulative number of new drug certificates accounted for 1/6 of the country, the quantity and quality of new drug research and development both in the nation, into the world’s top 500 13 pharmaceutical companies have been settled in 10 Jiangsu.
