十一届三中全会以来,我国走上了中国特色社会主义道路,建立了社会主义市场经济体制,确立了企业市场主体地位。企业不但是经济活动中的经营主体,承担利润最大化的责任,还在社会活动中扮演重要角色,承担对员工、消费者、社区和环境等的社会责任。我们对企业社会责任的认识并不是一步到位的,而是经历了一个逐步深化的过程。这一过程大致分为3个阶段。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, China has embarked on the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, established the socialist market economic system and established the dominant position in the market for enterprises. Enterprises are not only the main players in economic activities but also bear the responsibility of maximizing profits. They also play an important role in social activities and assume social responsibilities to employees, consumers, communities and the environment. Our understanding of corporate social responsibility is not one step, but has gone through a gradual deepening process. This process is roughly divided into three stages.
