本刊讯9月27日,“严寒和寒冷地区绿色建筑联盟”成立大会在天津召开。住房和城乡建设部副部长仇保兴出席会议并作题为《北方地区绿色建筑行动纲要》的主旨报告,天津市副市长熊建平出席并致辞。会议由中国绿色建筑与节能委员会和市城乡建设交通委员会共同主办,来自全国十几个省、自治区、直辖市的代表以及加拿大绿建委成员共300余人参加了会议。近年来,我国城镇化进程不断加快,城市建设发展模式随之转变,绿色建筑得到了快速发展。截至2011年底,全国共审定了353项绿色建筑评价
News of the September 27, “cold and cold green building alliance ” the inaugural meeting was held in Tianjin. Qiu Baoxing, deputy director of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, attended the meeting and delivered a keynote speech entitled “Action Plan for Green Buildings in the North.” Vice Mayor of Tianjin Xiong Jianping attended and addressed the meeting. The conference was co-sponsored by the China Green Building and Energy Conservation Committee and the Urban and Rural Construction and Transportation Committee. More than 300 representatives from more than 10 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and Canadian Green Building Commission members attended the meeting. In recent years, the process of urbanization in our country has been accelerating. The pattern of urban construction and development has subsequently changed. Green buildings have been rapidly developed. As of the end of 2011, a total of 353 green building evaluations were approved nationwide
