对于从事艺术院校体育教学的老师来说,除了应完成高等学校体育教学的一般任务外,还应有特殊的专业目标,即为培养合格的艺术人材,唱好配角。 (一)直接配合艺术与体育有着不可分割的“血缘”联系,这种联系大量是直接的。例如,艺术体操就是体育与艺术结合的产物,而戏剧舞台上出现的击剑则既有艺术专业的技术色彩又有体育的刚劲性质。再如表演系、导演系的学生,他们十分注重形体美。就这一点,我们的体育课就大有用“武”之地。上课时,我们老师有意识地加强了上肢(包括肩带)、躯干(腹、背部分)和下肢(包括髋部)等部分的形体训练。就是说在保证教学重点的时间前提下,有意识加强这方面的素质训练。同时,在院领导大力支持下,我们购买了一部多功能的健身器,安置在学院的健身房内,每天
