声阻抗测试是一种客观的测听方法,它对一般行为测听不能配合者,可较准确测出其听力损失水平,并能检查中耳传音结构的情况还可了解脑干听觉通路的功能。本文对87名聋哑青少年的174耳进行了声阻抗测试,并从鼓压声顺曲线和耳内肌反射两方面加以分析和探讨。一般资料本次检查对象为呼市聋哑学校全体学生。将其中有鼓膜穿孔者及语言频率听力水平在55~85分贝,尚有部分语言能力者除外。年龄10岁内有7例,10-15岁64例,16-20岁19例。其中男49人,女38人。使用仪器为GSI-1723型声阻抗仪,探测音为220赫兹。
