讨论了端部齿型的结构对工艺条件、齿端机械强度、设计压缩比等参数的影响,提出一种简单光滑的涡旋齿端结构,可望提高涡旋齿盘的加工精度与加工效率。
The influence of structure of end toothed on parameters such as process conditions, mechanical strength at tooth end and design compression ratio was discussed. A simple and smooth scroll end structure was proposed to improve the processing accuracy and processing efficiency .
