舟山是我国第一个以群岛建制的地级市,地处南北海运大通道和长江黄金水道的交汇处,是我国深入环太平洋经济圈的战略门户。近年来,随着船舶修造、港航物流等临港产业的迅猛发展,临港起重、吊装伤害事故也时有发生,不但危及群众的生命安全,同时也带来巨大的财产损失。本文通过对舟山以下几个具有借鉴意义型案例进行分析研讨,可能会给更多的地区港口安全工作起到防微杜渐的作用。海上(港口)浮吊驾驶起重作业超载臂架倒塌
Zhoushan is the first prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of the archipelago in China. It is located at the confluence of the North-South maritime shipping corridor and the Yangtze golden waterway. It is also a strategic gateway for our country’s deepening intra-Pacific economic circle. In recent years, along with the rapid development of port construction such as ship building and logistics of port and shipping, port loading and hoisting accidents have occurred from time to time, not only endangering the safety of the people but also causing huge property losses. This article analyzes and discusses several cases with reference significance in Zhoushan, which may play an antithetical role in more regional port security work.
