在经济全球化、金融自由化大背景下,我国要进一步应对金融领域的激烈竞争,应同时构建社会金融服务和企业内部金融服务两大体系,一方面提高企业外部金融机构的服务水平和国际竞争力,另一方面建立健全基于供应链的企业内部金融服务体系,培育和完善基于产业服务的企业内部金融服务。由此,财务公司的重要性也日益凸显,加强对财务公司发展的研究与分析,有助于促进我国大型企业集团及其财务公司的发展,增强国际竞争力。
