最近报道,再生障碍性贫血患者末梢单核细胞的白细胞介素(IL-1)生成能力低下,Nakao在患者末梢单核细胞加以脂聚糖培养的上清液中,测定IL-1的活性。结果表明,17例中有10例IL-1活性显著低下,此10例中有5例未能测出IL-1,此10例IL-1低下的患者皆为重症,而7例未见IL-1低下的病例中有5例属于轻症,可见重症再生障碍性贫血IL-1生成能力低下。IL-1生成能力与中性白细胞有关,而与单核细胞数量、血小板及网织红细胞无关。其他血液病,例如骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)、Fanconi综合征、纯红细胞形成不全以及β-地中海贫血等,IL-1生成能力正常,但有2例MDS IL-1低
Recently, the ability of interleukin-1 (IL-1) production by peripheral mononuclear cells in patients with aplastic anemia has been reported to be low. Nakao assayed the activity of IL-1 in supernatant of patients with peripheral mononuclear cells cultured with lipopolysaccharide. The results showed that in 10 out of 17 patients, the activity of IL-1 was significantly lower, and 5 of 10 patients failed to detect IL-1. All 10 patients with low IL-1 were severe, while 7 patients had no IL Five of the low -1 cases were mild and showed low IL-1 production in severe aplastic anemia.
