推进液压阀组是盾构推进液压系统关键部件,与盾构推进液压系统电液换向阀配合控制推进油缸伸缩动作,同时在推进停止时具有无泄漏保压功能,由于推进液压系统采用压力和流量复合控制,因此推进液压阀组要具有良好的动态特性,本文应用AMESim软件对推进液压阀组进行建模仿真,并对液压阀组的工作特性给予分析。
