为了增大濒危植物海南粗榧的种群数量,对海南粗榧进行就地及迁地抚育研究,结果表明:1)在就地抚育过程中,适当增加光照以及增施肥料对海南粗榧株基径的增长有显著影响,对其叶绿素增长有显著影响,并且显著降低SOD酶活,缓解其逆境条件。2)迁地抚育过程中,适当增加光照强度对海南粗榧的生长有显著的促进作用;以营养土作为基质的海南粗榧幼苗叶片叶绿素也有极显著增加;除了降低光照对SOD酶活性增加有影响外,其他环境因子都会降低SOD酶活性。3)人工抚育手段能很好地促进海南粗榧幼苗的生长。
In order to increase the population of the endangered plant Hainan, the research on the local and ex situ culture of the rough Hainan Island was carried out.
