张家口地区农机厂自1978年开始生产7CC-5型和7CC-3型农用挂车,该挂车转向架经过改进设计后,一辆7CC-5型农用挂车转向架可节省钢材12.8公斤,减少工时0.5个,降低成本9.7元;一辆7CC-3型农用挂车转向架可节省钢材6.85公斤,减少工时0.5个,降低成本6元.如果以1万~*辆进行计算,每年可给国家节省钢材近百吨,缩短工时5千个(以小时计算),降低成本7万8千多元.改进后的转向架不仅结构合理、重量轻、工艺简单、成本费用低,而且还改善了槽钢结构的应力集中,大大提高了转向架的疲劳强度和使用寿命.
