宁波市民营创业投资起步较晚,发展过程中尚存在诸多问题,如创业投资行业相关法规政策不完善、退出渠道单一、内部监管不力、专业人才缺乏、风险管理水平较低等,阻碍了民营创业投资业的进一步发展。针对这些问题,要通过培育和维护外部投资环境以及改善创业投资企业内部运行机制等方式,完善民营创业投资的发展政策,促进民营创业投资健康、稳定和可持续发展。
Private-owned venture capital in Ningbo started relatively late. There are still many problems in the process of development. For example, the policies and regulations of the venture capital industry are not perfect, the exit channels are single, the internal supervision is poor, the shortage of professionals and the risk management are low, which hinders private entrepreneurship The further development of the investment industry. In response to these problems, we should improve the development policies of private venture capital and promote the healthy, stable and sustainable development of private venture capital by nurturing and safeguarding the external investment environment and improving the internal operation mechanism of venture capital enterprises.
