冶金工业部炼铁信息网东北地区第11次技术研讨会于1997年8月5日在黑龙江省牡丹江市召开。除东北地区代表外,会议还邀请了中国钢铁工贸集团公司、炼铁信息网华北组组长单位包头钢铁学院、唐山钢铁公司、唐山理工学院、广东韶关钢铁公司炼铁厂等19个单位31名代表参加。大会收到论文八种,共有12名代表作了大会发言。总网网长本钢钢研所总工程师李业惇同志参加会议并讲了话。会议围绕高炉富氧喷煤、高炉长寿技术
Ministry of Metallurgical Industry Iron and Steel Information Network Northeast 11th Technical Seminar on August 5, 1997 in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province.
