我国水力资源极为丰富,可是水电建设的发展速度却远不能满足国民经济发展的需要。其原因之一是尚不能制造100万千瓦的巨型水电机组。目前,我国已制造的最大水电机组为30万千瓦,而美国与日本则已经能制造70万千瓦的巨型水电机组,并且具备了制造100万千瓦,甚至更大机组的能力。国外专家们估计,在今后十年内可以制造100~150万千瓦的巨型水电机组。为在本世纪内赶超世界先进水平,就必须大力探讨巨型水电机组制造中的关键问题,以
China’s water resources are extremely rich, but the pace of development of hydropower construction is far from meeting the needs of national economic development. One of the reasons is that it is still impossible to manufacture a giant hydroelectric unit of 1 million kilowatts. At present, China has manufactured 300,000 kilowatts of the largest hydroelectric generating units, while the United States and Japan have been able to manufacture 700,000 kilowatts of giant hydroelectric generating units and have the ability to manufacture 1 million kilowatts or even larger units. Foreign experts estimate that 100 to 1.5 million kilowatts of giant hydroelectric units can be manufactured within the next ten years. In order to surpass the world advanced level in this century, we must vigorously explore the key issues in the manufacture of giant hydroelectric units.
