(三)尽可能地增加炉气水当量 冲天炉炉气水当量与炉气流量、炉气平均热容成正比。在炉内温度分布基本相同,过热面积基本相等的情况下,增加炉气水当量可以达到强化冲天炉炉内热交换的目的。资料[2]指出:在冲天炉氧化带,炉气的平均热容量随二氧化碳浓度的增加而增加;而在还原带,炉气的平均热容量随二氧化碳浓度的增加而减少。不过由于炉气成份的变化,造成炉气平均热容量的变化幅度不大。
