医院图书馆在“医院晋升等级评审中,”图书管理“占有相应的分值和评审标准。结合评审项目中”藏书建设,信息反馈,检索手段“等实践,思考体会到数字积累是基础,信息反馈是关键,现代化检索手段是需要。本文从实际出发,在我院晋升”三级乙等医院“过程中,就具体工作实践,一是结合评审项目完成图书馆的各项指标,二是立足于宏观发展的视角,以晋级达标为契机,完善医院图书馆适应知识经济发展的需要,体现医院图书馆的自身价值。
