北京市水务局负责人12月22日表示,北京市水资源短缺、水环境质量恶化等矛盾日益突出,迫切需要制定一部统筹城乡、覆盖全境、可操作性强的地方性法规,加强河湖保护管理。
The head of Beijing Municipal Water Affairs Bureau said on December 22 that the contradiction between the shortage of water resources and the deteriorating water environment in Beijing is becoming increasingly prominent. There is an urgent need to formulate a local ordinance that integrates urban and rural areas, covers the entire territory and is operable and strengthens the river Lake protection and management.
