我国的国有企业是国民经济的支柱,是国家安全和国民经济的命脉,关系到我国的国家安全和我国的社会主义的发展,因此必须要重视国有企业的思想政治工作。思想政治工作作为我党的传统优势,在曾经的历史实践与当前的发展改革当中都起到了不可替代的作用,也为新形势下国有企业的发展提供了强有力的精神动力和思想保证。在当前世界多极化的影响下,国有企业的思想政治工作就是要不断的创新,以保证在当前的新时期国有经济的竞争优势地位。本文结合当前国有企业思想政治工作的现状,探讨新形势下国有企业思想政治工作的重点。
The state-owned enterprises in our country are the backbone of the national economy, the lifeline of national security and national economy, the national security of our country and the development of socialism in our country. Therefore, we must attach importance to the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises. As the traditional superiority of our party, ideological and political work played an irreplaceable role in both historical practice and current development and reform. It also provided a powerful spiritual motivation and ideological guarantee for the development of state-owned enterprises in the new situation. Under the current multipolarization of the world, the ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises requires continuous innovation in order to guarantee the competitive advantage of the state-owned economy in the current new era. Combining with the current situation of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises, this paper explores the key points of ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises in the new situation.
