目的探讨旋转DSA及COMPAS技术在颅内动脉瘤测量中的价值。方法在常规DSA中发现动脉瘤39例后先行测量,然后行旋转DSA和COMPAS以获得动脉瘤的最佳显示位置进行测量。结果旋转DSA和COM- PAS与常规DSA在动脉瘤的测量上存在一定的差异,可清晰地显示动脉瘤瘤体、瘤颈形态及载瘤动脉关系,能较准确测量相关数据。结论旋转DSA和COMPAS对动脉瘤的显示比常规DSA更加清晰,测量数据更加准确,为动脉瘤栓塞治疗提供了可靠的参考信息。
Objective To investigate the value of rotational DSA and COMPAS in the measurement of intracranial aneurysms. Methods 39 aneurysms were found in conventional DSA before measurement, and then rotated DSA and COMPAS to obtain the best display position for aneurysm measurement. Results There were some differences in the measurement of aneurysms between rotating DSA, COM-PAS and conventional DSA. The results showed that the relationship between aneurysm tumor, neck morphology and parent artery clearly showed that the relative data could be measured accurately. Conclusions Rotating DSA and COMPAS can show the aneurysm more clearly than conventional DSA and the measurement data are more accurate, which provides reliable reference information for aneurysm embolization.
