对生育组31例,原因不明不孕组34例采用免疫组化方法检测整合素β3及细胞外基质纤维粘连蛋白(FN)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原纤维(CL)在分泌期子宫内膜上的表达,探讨其变化规律及在调控妊娠中的作用。结果显示整合素β3在生育组腺上皮细胞分泌中期出现,持续至分泌晚期,而不孕组分泌期无表达;细胞外基质在生育组分泌中期呈强表达,早期次之,晚期较弱;不孕组在分泌各期表达均高于生育组。结论认为整合素β3FN、LN和Ⅳ型CL在分泌期子宫内膜上呈周期性变化参与子宫内膜的功能变化及胚泡的着床环节,其异常表达可致着床失败而不孕。
31 cases of fertility group and 34 cases of unexplained infertility group were used to detect the expression of integrin β3 and extracellular matrix fibronectin (FN), laminin (LN), collagen type Ⅳ (CL) during secretory phase Endometrial expression, to explore the changes in the regulation of pregnancy and its role. The results showed that integrin β3 appeared in the middle stage of glandular epithelial cell secretion in the reproductive group and continued to the late stage of secretion, while the negative part of the infertility group did not express in the secretory stage. The extracellular matrix was strongly expressed in the middle part of the reproductive group, Pregnant group in the secretion of all stages were higher than the fertility group. The conclusion is that integrin β3FN, LN and type Ⅳ CL participate in the functional changes of endometrium and the implantation stage of blastocyst periodically in secretory endometrium. The abnormal expression of integrin β3FN, LN and Ⅳ may lead to implantation failure and infertility.
