当前,我国经济面临着下行压力,GDP增长速度预期目标调整为7%左右,这也将成为我国经济面临的新常态之一。为提振经济,我国政府提出将“大众创业,万众创新”作为经济发展的双引擎,并进一步部署了推动创业创新的政策措施。创新除技术创新外,还包括体制机制创新、模式创新、管理创新。四类创新会带来新的创业;而成功的创业往往与这几类创新交织在一起。创新与创业渐趋融合。比如说创客空间之一的拉勾网就是各类创新的结合体。从拉勾网自身的发展来看,它的主要业务是促进科技成果转化,增加创业机会,但它本身就是一种创业;
