目的了解兰州铁路局旅客列车德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性。方法果酱瓶药膜接触法。结果K591/2次、K43/44次2个野外品系对氟虫腈抗性系数分别为26.3、并且>30,对高效氯氰菊酯抗性系数分别为2.2、12.3,对三氟氯氰菊酯抗性系数分别为2.9、4.9,对乙酰甲胺磷的抗性系数及致死效果下降率均较低;三氟氯氰菊酯、残杀威致死效果下降率较大,其值范围为40%~90%,全部致死时间延迟至72h及以上;高效氯氰菊酯对敏感品系及两个野外品系致死时间均后移,而氟虫腈作用于K43/4次野外品系有复活现象。结论提示在今后的防制工作中应减少氟虫腈、高效氯氰菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯的使用量,慎用残杀威,可考虑优先使用乙酰甲胺磷等,有计划地交替、轮换用药。
Objective To understand the resistance of Blattella germanica to commonly used insecticides in passenger trains of Lanzhou Railway Bureau. Method jam jar membrane contact method. Results The resistance coefficients of two wild strains K591 / 2 and K43 / 44 to fipronil were 26.3 and> 30 respectively, the resistance coefficients to beta-cypermethrin were 2.2 and 12.3, respectively, and the resistance coefficients to cyhalothrin were 2.9, 4.9, the resistance coefficient of acephate and the lethal effect decreased rate are lower; the cyhalothrin, propoxur kill effect of greater decline, the value range of 40% to 90%, all the lethal time delayed to 72h and above. The cypermethrin induced the lethal time of the sensitive lines and the two wild lines, and the fipronil revived in K43 / 4 field lines. The conclusion suggests that in the future prevention and control work should reduce the use of fipronil, beta-cypermethrin, cyhalothrin, caution with propoxur, may consider giving priority to the use of acephate, a planned alternation, rotation medication.
