采用反相悬浮法制备得到1种壳聚糖载稀土化合物除氟剂,探讨了吸附时间、pH、除氟剂用量、F-初始含量以及共存离子对除氟效果的影响。结果表明,反应时间为2 h时,氟吸附量达到1.83 mg/g;随pH(5.0~9.0)增大吸附量呈下降趋势;除氟剂用量(0.5~5.0 g/L)增加吸附率也增加;F-初始质量浓度(1.25~20.0 mg/L)对吸附量影响较大,增加时,吸附量明显增加;体系中CO32-与HCO3-的存在对F-的吸附存在负面影响;利用红外光谱(FTIR)及扫描电镜(SEM)表征证实试验成功制备得到1种新型有效的除氟剂。
A kind of antifouling agent containing rare earth compound of chitosan was prepared by reversed-phase suspension method. The effects of adsorption time, pH, amount of defluorinating agent, F-initial content and coexisting ions on fluoride removal were discussed. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of fluorine reached 1.83 mg / g when the reaction time was 2 h, the adsorption capacity decreased with the increase of pH (5.0-9.0), and the adsorption rate increased with the amount of defluorinating agent (0.5-5.0 g / L) , The initial concentration of F (1.25-20.0 mg / L) had a significant effect on the amount of adsorption, and the amount of F- increased obviously. The adsorption of F- was negatively affected by the presence of CO32- and HCO3- in the system. Spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) characterization confirmed the successful preparation of a new kind of antifouling agent.
