目的探讨肿痛安胶囊的抗菌消炎、消肿止痛作用。方法采用体外抑菌、热板法、扭体法及二甲苯完成对小鼠的造模,使小鼠耳朵肿胀,研究肿痛安胶囊的抗菌消炎、消肿止痛作用。结果肿痛安胶囊在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌及变形杆菌有不同程度的抑制作用;肿痛安胶囊能提高小鼠对疼痛的耐受性,提高了小鼠的疼痛阈值;通过肿痛安胶囊对二甲苯引起小鼠耳肿的结果数据分析,肿痛安胶囊能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀。结论肿痛安胶囊具有良好的抗菌消炎、消肿止痛疗效,值得在临床推广应用于各类创伤以及手术感染引起的疼痛肿胀。
Objective To study the anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and swelling and analgesic effect of the capsule for treating pain. Methods In vitro antibacterial, hot plate method, writhing method and xylene were used to model the mice and the ear of the mice was swollen. The anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and swelling-analgesic effects of the capsule were studied. Results: Sotong An Capsule can inhibit Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Proteus in vitro to a certain extent. Sorengan capsule can increase the tolerance of mice to pain and improve the pain of mice Threshold value; through the TongTongAn capsules xylene-induced ear swelling mice data analysis of the results, the tumor capsule can significantly inhibit xylene-induced ear edema in mice. Conclusion The Capsule has a good antibacterial anti-inflammatory anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect of swelling, it is worth to be used in clinical promotion of various types of trauma and surgical infection caused by pain swelling.
