目的:探究场独立和场依存型人格对生物反馈放松训练的敏感度。方法:利用《Cognitive Style Figure Test(GEFT)》为人格类型筛选工具,从西北民族大学现代教育技术学院的765名大学生中,筛选出30名典型场独立和场依存的大学生为被试,采用单因素前测-后测实验设计,以8通道VBFB3000生物反馈系统为训练工具,对所选被试进行为期一个月,为数10次的生物反馈放松训练。结果:(1)场独立被试在脑电α波的前、后测值上存在极显著差异(p﹤0.001),在肌电前、后测值上存在显著差异(p﹤0.05);(2)场依存被试在脑电α波与肌电的前、后测值上均存在极显著差异(p﹤0.001);(3)场独立与场依存被试无论是在脑电α波还是在肌电的活动水平上,其前、后测差值均存在极显著差异(脑电p﹤0.001,肌电p﹤0.01)。结论:场依存被试较场独立被试对脑电α波与肌电均具更高的敏感度;场独立被试对脑电α波的敏感度高于肌电;场依存被试对脑电α波与肌电均具有极高的敏感度。综合以上表明,人格类型对生物反馈训练效果存在一定的影响作用。
Objective: To explore the sensitivity of field independence and field-dependent personality to relaxation training of biofeedback. Methods: Using the “Cognitive Style Figure Test” (GEFT) as a personality type screening tool, from the 765 undergraduates of the Institute of Modern Education and Technology of Northwest University for Nationalities, 30 typical field independent and field dependent college students were selected as subjects, Factor pre-test - post-test design, the use of 8-channel VBFB3000 biofeedback system as a training tool for the selected subjects were one month, 10 times the number of biological feedback relaxation training. (3) Field independence and field dependent test Whether in EEG alpha wave or In the EMG activity level, before and after the difference between the values ?? there are significant differences (EEG p <0.001, EMG p <0.01). CONCLUSION: Field-dependent subjects are more independent of the test than the field of electroencephalogram α-wave and myoelectricity have a higher sensitivity; field-independent subjects on the electroencephalogram α wave sensitivity is higher than the EMG; field dependent subjects on the brain Electrical alpha wave and EMG are highly sensitive. Based on the above, personality types have a certain impact on the biofeedback training effect.
