本文从理论和实验两方面论证了铁路罐车装卸易燃液体作业中存在静电危害性,提出了反映该过程基本规律的静电起电方程,并推导出应以90pS/m作为轻质油品安全电导率的标准,测出罐内油面电位随时间变化曲线,供有关部门参考使用。
