目的:研究山葛降脂分散片对大鼠实验性动脉粥样硬化的防治作用。方法:SD大鼠随机分组,正常对照组大鼠喂饲普通饲料,模型组、山葛降脂分散片组喂饲高脂饲料,并每2 w灌服1次VD 315万U/kg,造模的同时,各实验组灌服生理盐水或所试的药物连续10 w。10 w末各实验组大鼠腹主动脉采血分离血清,检测药物对血清生化指标的影响。剪取由主动脉瓣至髂动脉分支处的胸腹主动脉段,纵向剖开固定、染色,检测、计算斑块的面积,并以此对动脉粥样硬化程度进行评分。结果:与模型组比较,山葛降脂分散片能显著降低各防治组大鼠动脉粥样硬化的积分(P<0.05或P<0.01);显著降低血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL),并显著升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL),使LDL/HDL比值显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);显著升高血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05或P<0.01),并显著降低丙二醛(MDA)的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:山葛降脂分散片具有显著抗大鼠实验性动脉粥样硬化作用。
Objective: To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Shange Jiangzhi Dispersible Tablets on experimental atherosclerosis in rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group fed normal diet, model group, shanzijiangzhi dispersible tablets group fed high-fat diet, and every 2 w irrigation VD 1 000 000 U / kg, At the same time, each experimental group was fed with saline or the drug tested for 10 w continuously. At the end of 10 w, blood samples were collected from the abdominal aorta of each experimental group to test the effect of drugs on serum biochemical indexes. The aorta from the aortic valve to the branch of the iliac artery was cut off and fixed longitudinally, stained, and examined. The area of the plaque was calculated, and the degree of atherosclerosis was scored. Results: Compared with the model group, Shange Jiangzhi Dispersible Tablets can significantly reduce the integral of atherosclerosis (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and significantly decrease the levels of serum cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and significantly increased the level of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), the level of LDL and HDL ), Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and significantly decreased MDA content (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Shange Jiangzhi dispersible tablet has a significant anti-rat experimental atherosclerosis.
