继不久前公布全市官员办公电话后,近日,春城昆明再次成为起舆论关注的焦点。2月26日,昆明市委、市政府联合出台《关于加快教育改革与发展建设教育强市的决定》和《关于加快民办教育发展的实施意见》。这两份推动教育改革的文件,提出“以扩大教育资源总量,提高优质教育资源比重,破解群众子女上学难、上学贵问题”。其中,学前教育改制被作为首要目标,到2010年,民办学前教育比重要占90%以上。
Following the recent announcement of the city’s official office phone, recently, Spring City, Kunming once again become the focus of public opinion. On February 26, Kunming Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government jointly promulgated the Decision on Speeding up the Reform and Development of Education, Building a Strong City for Education and the Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Private-owned Education. These two documents promoting education reform put forward “to expand the total amount of educational resources, raise the proportion of quality education resources and crack down on children’s difficulties in schooling and problems in going to school”. Among them, the pre-school restructuring as the primary goal, by 2010, private pre-primary education accounted for more than 90%.
