The National Health Service (NHS) in the UK is struggling to meet the needs of patients with the current costs rising. Is the current capital system in need of change? David G Green and Benedict Irvine favor social security-based systems, while Martin McKee and his colleagues think the tax-based system is fairer. Support for comparisons of funding mechanisms for health care is controversial. However, we think the following six questions can help us to make these disputes well documented. We believe the issue of social security given by the British government should be more serious and serious than the present.
