新媒体环境下,英语党员教师应该坚定理想信念,忠诚教育事业;认真教书育人的履行神圣职责,培育一流人才;潜心进行教学科研,争创一流业绩;牢记育人宗旨,密切联系群众。本文从师德先进性建设、学术道德先进性建设、教学与科研方面先进性建设三个方面入手探讨新媒体复杂多变的环境下如何将英语党员党性先进性建设与师资队伍建设融合到一起。
In the new media environment, English party members should strengthen their ideals and beliefs, loyal to education; conscientiously teach and educate people to fulfill their sacred duties and cultivate first-class talents; devote themselves to teaching and research, and strive for first-class performance; bear in mind the purpose of educating people and keep in close contact with the masses. This article discusses how to build the advanced nature of Party members and faculty building in three aspects: the advanced nature of moral education, the advanced nature of academic ethics and the advanced nature of teaching and research.
