归国后的留学幼童心中的苦闷是可想而知的,他们当中大多数在十多年的逆境中坚守了自己的价值我们都知道,中国出去的第一个留学生叫容闳,他在1847年由一个叫布朗的传教士带到美国去读书,于1854年在耶鲁大学毕业,学成回国以后在上海的“外企”工作。1860年,容闳到南京去拜访太平天国的干王洪仁玕,并提出了七条建议。
