为了解决我公司在广州石油化工厂施工的输油管线除锈防腐问题,我们通过试验,大胆引用70型不去锈涂料,施工面积达2.26万平方米。70型不去锈涂料,可以降低工程成本,提高工效,减轻劳动强度,减少环境污染,是一种值得推广的材料。一、工艺性能广化输油管的防腐层设计为三油三布,即三层2毫米厚特1号热沥青,二层玻璃布,外面一层塑料布。施工时先刷70型涂料,再作三油三布。 1.干燥时间和冲击强度在温度为25℃,相对湿度为65～70％时,表干1.45小时,实干24小时。抗冲击强度为40公斤/平方厘米。
