以“新籽瓜1号”种子为试材,用4种不同梯度包衣浓度的2.5%咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂、37.5%萎锈灵+37.5%福美双悬浮种衣剂、6.25%精甲·咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂和35%丁硫克百威种子处理干粉剂处理“新籽瓜1号”种子,采用发芽盒法研究不同种衣剂处理对籽瓜发芽率及根长的影响。并采用盆栽试验及田间试验研究不同浓度药剂处理对籽瓜出苗率的影响。结果表明:4种药剂包衣后,若种子根部吸收了部分药剂会一定程度抑制根的伸长,但对于种子发芽率无显著影响。盆栽试验条件下,各浓度药剂处理种子后出苗率与对照无显著差异。而田间试验条件下,4种药剂按照商品推荐浓度处理种子后出苗率与对照无显著差异。综合各项试验结果,4种药剂在商品推荐浓度处理下具有较好的安全性,但是增大浓度处理后,尤其是在长期低温条件下可能存在一定风险。
The experiment was carried out with 2.5% fludioxonil suspended seed coating, 37.5% fulguration + 37.5% thiram suspension seed coating, 6.25% Semen fluvovirids suspended seed coating agent and 35% metsulfuron-methyl insecticide seed treatment dry powder “New Seeds No. 1” seeds, using germination box method to study the different seed coating seed germination rate and root length Impact. Pot experiments and field experiments were conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of pesticides on seedling emergence rate. The results showed that after the four agents were coated, if some seeds were absorbed by root, the root elongation could be inhibited to a certain extent, but no significant effect on seed germination rate. Under the pot experiment conditions, the seedling emergence rate of each concentration of medicament after treatment of seeds was no significant difference with the control. However, under the field test conditions, there was no significant difference in seedling emergence rate between the four kinds of medicaments and the control after the seeds were treated according to the recommended concentration of the commodity. According to the results of the experiments, the four kinds of agents have good safety under the recommended concentration of the commodity, but there may be some risks after the concentration is increased, especially under the condition of long-term low temperature.
