扁桃体摘除术术中和术后出血在耳鼻咽喉科手术中比较常见,临床处理也颇感棘手。我院自1998年以来,在34例扁桃体摘除术中应用立止血(Reptilase,瑞士素高药厂产)减少出血,效果显著。现报告如下。 1 临床资料 34例扁桃体手术者,男性15例,女性19例,年龄11～62岁。慢性扁桃体炎者23例,病灶性4例,扁桃体周围脓肿者3例,肥大性4例。术前常规行血化检、心电图、胸透等检查无异常者。
Tonsillectomy surgery and postoperative bleeding in otolaryngology surgery is more common, clinical treatment is quite tricky. Our hospital since 1998, in 34 cases of tonsillectomy application of hemostatic blood (Reptilase, Swiss high pharmaceutical production) to reduce bleeding, the effect is remarkable. The report is as follows. 1 clinical data of 34 cases of tonsil surgery, 15 males and 19 females, aged from 11 to 62 years. 23 cases of chronic tonsillitis, focal in 4 cases, 3 cases of abscess around the tonsils, hypertrophy in 4 cases. Preoperative routine blood test, ECG, chest X-ray and other tests were normal.
