本文以正三酸乙酯(TEOS)和硝酸铝为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了支撑和无支撑的莫来石膜.用DTA-TG、XRD:、SEM和BET等分析手段对莫来石膜的结构、形貌及孔径进行了表征,结果表明,非晶态凝胶膜在1050℃热处理后转变为莫来石膜,无支撑莫来石最可几孔径为371nm.
In this paper, supported and unsupported mullite membranes were prepared by sol-gel method using TEOS and aluminum nitrate as raw materials. The structure, morphology and pore size of mullite membrane were characterized by DTA-TG, XRD, SEM and BET. The results showed that the amorphous gel membrane was transformed into mullite membrane after heat treatment at 1050 ℃ , Unsupported mullite most can be several aperture 371nm.
