我们在动物实验的基础上,以矽肺患者血清免疫家兔,制得抗血清,用双向琼脂扩散法检查矽肺病人,各期矽肺均出现一定比例的阳性反应。初步检查了单纯矽肺及矽肺结核病人共计48人,免疫反应阳性的35名,阳性率73％(见附表);同时检查了54名健康人做对照,除2名出现弱阳性反应外,其余均为阴性。
On the basis of animal experiments, we immunized rabbits with serum from patients with silicosis and obtained antisera. Patients with silicosis were examined by two-dimensional agar diffusion method. A certain proportion of positive reactions occurred in all stages of silicosis. A total of 48 patients with pure silicosis and silicotic TB were initially examined, 35 were immunologically positive, and the positive rate was 73% (see the attached table). At the same time, 54 healthy people were examined as controls. Except 2 patients with weak positive reaction, All negative.
