对竖直盘管直接蒸发蓄冰空调系统的蓄冰槽进行了蓄冰和融冰过程的传热试验和数值模拟研究,获得了蓄冰过程中水温变化、水温分层、以及融冰过程中制冷剂过冷温差及水温的升高规律。采用分布参数的方法建立了数学模型,对直接蒸发蓄冰槽进行了详细的数值模拟研究,计算结果与试验数据能够较好的吻合。由此为直接蒸发内融冰式冰蓄冷空调产品的设计及控制过程开发提供了基础数据。
The heat transfer experiment and numerical simulation of the ice storage tank of the vertical coil ice storage air conditioning system were carried out. The changes of water temperature, water temperature stratification and ice melting process were obtained Refrigerant overcooling temperature and water temperature rising law. The mathematical model was established by the method of distribution parameters, and the numerical simulation of direct evaporative storage tank was carried out. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data. This provides the basic data for the design and control process development of direct evaporative inner ice-cooled ice-storage air conditioners.
