为了维护交通秩序,保证各部门特种车辆执行紧急任务时顺利通行,各类特种车辆安装、使用的警报器和标志灯具,其音响和颜色应有明显区别,以便群众和其它车辆识别避让。特作如下规定: 一、特种车辆使用范围:1.警车:公安、检察、法院、司法机关用于维护社会秩序,处理治安、刑事案件的指挥车、勘查车、执行警卫任务的前后护卫车、押解犯人的囚车,以及其它执行特别紧急任务的车辆。2.消防车:公安及其他消防部门用于灭火的专用车辆和现场指挥车辆。3.交通监理事故勘查车:交通监理部门用于勘查处理交通事故的专用车辆。
